We match the chassis, kitchen layout, voltage, plumbing, and certification documents to your menu and destination market. Typical uses include coffee, bakery, tacos, burgers, drinks, ice cream, and full cooking lines.
Depending on your market, TUNE can provide CE, ISO 9001, DOT, EPR, COC, and NSF-aligned documents. TUNE is an Alibaba Gold Supplier with SGS and Intertek third-party inspection records. Certificate numbers, scope, and validity can be provided before ordering.
Standard production for many food trucks is about 25–30 days after drawings and deposit confirmation. Custom trailers, kiosks, toilet trailers, and complex equipment layouts can take several weeks to a few months. The exact schedule is written into the order.
TUNE's factory is in Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China. The nearest airport is Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport. Factory visits and third-party inspections can be arranged by appointment.
A 50% deposit is required to start production, and the remaining 50% balance is paid before shipment. Final payment terms are confirmed in the contract.
